THE BLAU METHOD™ COLLECTIVE

It’s not a program.

It’s not a Zoom.

It’s a community.

A place to come as you are.

To talk to actual human beings.
To be seen.
To be heard.
To learn.
To laugh.
To say the thing you’ve been carrying around in your head and realize someone else has been carrying it too.

The Blau Method™ Collective was created because we have more access to information than ever before — and somehow, we’ve never felt more alone in figuring out what to do with it.

We scroll. We listen. We save the post. We read the book. We follow the therapist. We know the language.

But where do we actually talk?

Where do we go to say, This is what’s happening in my life. This is what I’m struggling with. This is what I’m trying to change.

And have real people meet us there?

Here.

The Collective is a safe, guided community where you can be validated without being endlessly agreed with. Challenged without being shamed. Encouraged without being told who you should become.

You’ll learn from Dr. Carli. You’ll learn from the people sitting beside you. And, maybe most importantly, you’ll start learning a hell of a lot about yourself.

There are monthly themes. There are lessons. There are resources and exercises. There are two live gatherings every month.

But those things aren’t the magic.

The people are.

The moment someone says, “Me too.”

The moment you realize you’re not the only person struggling with something.

The moment someone sees something in you that you couldn’t see yourself.

The moment you’re challenged to stop repeating a pattern you’ve spent years explaining away.

The moment a group of people who started as strangers begins to feel like somewhere you belong.

That’s the Collective.

A place to learn.
A place to practice.
A place to talk.
A place to be seen.

Because we were never meant to figure out how to be human alone.

Welcome to The Blau Method™ Collective.

Belong somewhere that changes you.

You don’t have to be struggling with this month’s topic to belong here.

Some months will feel like I’m talking directly to you. Other months will teach you something about your partner, your friend, your child, your body, or your own patterns that you didn’t know you needed. Over time, that’s what the Collective becomes: an ongoing education in being a human being.

Who this is for

If you’re dealing with something specific right now. Your relationship feels disconnected. You don’t want sex, or you want more than your partner does. Sex hurts. You’re trying to conceive and it’s become a job. Your body has changed. You’re resentful. You keep losing your temper. You’ve lost yourself in parenting or partnership. You know something isn’t working, and you want to understand why.

If you just want to understand people better. Yourself, your relationships, your family, your sexuality, your reactions. You don’t need a crisis to want a real explanation for how humans work—and somewhere to talk about it once you have one.

How the month works

One topic. One month. Every month runs the same way:

Week 1 — The Lesson. I teach the month’s topic. Clinical knowledge, sexuality education, psychology, and The Blau Method™ framework, made understandable and applicable to real life.
Week 2 — The Work. A resource drops: a workbook, reflection prompts, a conversation guide, an exercise, an assessment. Whatever the topic needs to get out of your head and into your life.
Week 3 — The Conversation. The first live Collective gathering. Talk about the topic, ask questions, hear other people’s experiences, and find out how the material actually shows up in real life.
Week 4 — The Integration. A second live conversation that can go wider than the month’s lesson. What’s coming up? Where are you stuck? What did you learn? What are you trying to change?

Two live conversations a month. A lesson. A resource. A community working on the same thing you are. It’s a program, not a Zoom call.

This is not therapy.

I’m a licensed clinician, and I run a therapy practice—Boutique Psychotherapy. This isn’t that. The Collective is a teaching membership and a community. The live conversations are educational, not psychotherapy or group therapy, and membership is not a substitute for individual care.

If you need therapy, get it. The Collective can be what you do alongside it—or after it. It’s education with somewhere to go afterward.

All The Tools You Need To Build A Successful Online Business

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, metus at rhoncus dapibus, habitasse vitae cubilia odio sed. Mauris pellentesque eget lorem malesuada wisi nec, nullam mus. Mauris vel mauris. Orci fusce ipsum faucibus scelerisque.

Taught by someone who does this for a living.

I’m Dr. Carli Blau—a psychotherapist, sex therapist, and educator, the founder of Boutique Psychotherapy in New York City, and the creator of The Blau Method™.

My work sits where psychology, sexuality, and relationships meet—the places where most people have real questions and very few good answers.

In the Collective, I teach. Not in clinical jargon and not in inspirational fragments, but in plain language about what’s actually happening beneath the surface, why, and what you can do with that information.

Sex is one of the doors into The Blau Method™. It isn’t the whole house.

What membership includes

  • A new monthly focus
One meaningful topic explored deeply—not dozens of disconnected pieces of content.
  • Teaching from Dr. Carli
Psychology, sexuality, relationships, and human behavior translated into language you can actually use.
  • Practical resources
Workbooks, reflection exercises, conversation guides, self-assessments, and questions to explore alone or with a partner. Built to move you from “I understand this” to “I can see how this shows up in my life.”
  • Two live conversations each month
Come ask questions, listen, learn, share if you want to, and hear from people navigating many of the same things.
  • A community that gets it
A place for the conversations that are hard to have anywhere else.
  • The full archive
Every past month’s lesson and resources, so you can go back to the topic that matters when it matters.

What we’re taking on

A sample of what a year in the Collective covers. Topics are announced ahead of each month.

  • Where Did My Desire Go?
Understanding desire, arousal, and why wanting sex isn’t as simple as “having a libido.”
  • Differentiation
How to remain yourself while being deeply connected to someone else—and why this changes relationships.
  • Sexual Confidence
Understanding what sexy means when nobody else gets to define it for you.
  • When Sex Hurts
Painful sex, pelvic health, avoidance, fear, and rebuilding safety.
  • Trying to Make a Baby
Infertility, trying to conceive, reproductive stress, and what happens when sex starts feeling like a job.
  • Sex After Life Happens
Cancer, chronic illness, medication, changing bodies, and maintaining sexuality through difficult seasons.
  • The Sexless Relationship
Desire discrepancy, avoidance, rejection, resentment, and what happens when one person wants sex and the other doesn’t.
  • The Relationship Reset
Communication, resentment, recurring patterns, and learning to relate differently.
  • Who Am I Now?
Identity, motherhood, partnership, aging, sexuality, and finding yourself after life changes you.
  • Emotional Regulation
Why we react, shut down, spiral, lash out, or lose control—and what it takes to respond differently.

Questions

  • Is this therapy?
No. Dr. Carli teaches, members learn, resources help you apply it, and the community gives you somewhere to talk about it. The live conversations are not psychotherapy or group therapy.
  • Do I have to talk during the live conversations?
No. Come to listen, come to ask, come to share—all of those count.
  • What if this month’s topic doesn’t apply to me?
Then it probably applies to someone you love, or it will apply to you later. You’re joining a curriculum for being human, not a single topic.
  • Can I join for one month and leave?
Yes. Cancel anytime. Most people stay because they want to hear what’s next.
  • Do I get access to past topics?
Yes. Members get the full archive of lessons and resources from previous months.
  • Is this only about sex?
No. Sexuality stays prominent, but the Collective covers how we relate, love, communicate, regulate ourselves, experience our bodies, and respond to pain, stress, illness, parenting, infertility, resentment, and change.

Finally. Someone is actually going to teach you about this.

One topic. One month. A lesson, a resource, and two live conversations with people who get it.

Join for this month’s topic. Stay for the next one.

Important Note

The Blau Method™ Collective is an educational membership and community.

It is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or crisis support, and participation does not establish a therapist–client relationship with Dr. Carli Blau or any member of her team. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please contact a licensed provider in your area or your local emergency services.
